This was an interesting case. I was the 4th consult for this patient. She had multiple autoimmune issues and allergies to materials – and she ended up choosing us.
It turned out that we could only use zirconia on her, a material that is not usually very esthetic. Typically, I would treat a case like this with orthodontics to correct the bite and also gum surgery to fix the unlevel tissues. But the patient didn’t want to do that. She also declined implants. So this was definitely a tricky case that was made even more difficult.
In the end, the patient is extremely happy with her new smile. Check out the photos!
