Born and raised in Northern California, Dr. Vane has a degree in biology from the University of California at Berkeley, and a Doctorate in Dental Medicine from Tufts University in Boston. She graduated at the top of her class, and above the 95th percentile on both National Dental Board exams. She is the recipient of numerous awards, including the induction to the Pierre Fauchard International Honor Society.

Holistic and biological dentistry is an approach to oral care that considers a patient’s overall health. Therefore, we take a preventive approach to dental care, focusing on avoiding poor oral health before starting—natural biocompatible materials in their dental practice, such as fluoride-free products and non-toxic dental materials.
